Security Policies

Security staff are responsible for maintaining a safe, rule-abiding environment throughout all Nox Vitae events.

Security staff have moderation permissions.

Core Responsibilities

Monitor the instance for disruptive behavior including trolling, harassment, and excessive spam, and enforce community rules.
Identify and address conflicts or escalating situations in a calm and professional manner.
Be on the lookout (BOLO) for obvious minors attempting to bypass the 18+ restriction.
Report and remove problematic individuals if necessary, following moderation protocols.
Ensure all event guidelines are followed by both attendees and collaborators.

Assist in crowd control, preventing clustering or overwhelming of areas.
Direct attendees when relocating to different areas within the event space.
Answer questions and provide guidance to attendees regarding event activities, rules, and locations.
