Hosts are responsible for ensuring a fun, safe, and engaging environment for all attendees while supporting event operations.

Responsibilities​

  • If needed, assist with hosting card games or other planned activities, ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Walk new members through the world and show them how to use available features.
  • Answer questions and provide guidance to attendees regarding event activities, rules, and locations.

Crowd Management & Assistance​

  • Assist in crowd control, preventing clustering or overwhelming of areas.
  • Direct attendees when relocating to different areas within the event space.
