📘 Nox Vitae's 18+ Community Leader Handbook — crafted by our co-owner, Bleak1.
This has been a project that I've been passionate about getting to you all and, without further delay, I'm happy to introduce to you the 18+ Community Leader Handbook. Within this 29-page collection of short chapters is the culmination of all of my thoughts and outlooks on the procedures, responsibilities, critiques, and successes of individual staff and the entire club scene within VRChat. I wrote this to give you all more transparent insight into what I'm thinking about when I consult with staff and owners all across the club scene. I'm hoping that it serves the community with opportunities to reflect, learn, and grow in order to reach the fullest potential that you have. Whether you're a veteran club owner, skilled staff at a club, a guest who frequents unique VR experiences, or you're interested in becoming a part of the club scene, you should be able to take away something positive and constructive from this handbook.
Notes: The examples provided within the handbook are inspired by real staff members, owners, and guests that I've spoken with over 5 years of collaboration and consultation-based discussions spread across more than 125 community leaders. They are not reflective of any one particular community and there are NO specific mentions of any one community or individual written within this handbook. Nox Vitae's pillars will always align with SFW adults-only spaces. We will always support communities that align with creating a safe space for adults, and removing children from shared spaces to ensure our adult themes are not exposed to children.
Entry to any Nox Vitae–moderated event requires age verification. No exceptions.
