Welcome to our 18+ community server. These rules ensure a safe, respectful, and drama-free space for creators, collaborators, and staff alike.

High-Level Rules​

  • ✔ 18+ Only: All members must be 18 or older. Minors will be banned without appeal.
  • ✔ Respect & Civility: No harassment, slurs, hate speech, or targeted insults.
  • ✔ Drama-Free Zone: No community gossip, infighting, or external club drama.
  • ✔ SFW Policy: NSFW content (images, videos, avatars, usernames, profile images, links) is strictly prohibited.
  • ✔ Platform Compliance: You must follow Nox Vitae’s rules and both Discord’s Terms and VRChat’s Terms.

Self-Promotion Policy​

Instead of listing specific channels, we now allow posts only from the approved sites below.
Posts from other sources may be rejected automatically by bot, removed by moderators, and/or result in moderation actions.
All posts must remain strictly SFW and comply with platform terms.

⛔ Not Allowed​

  • Private or invite-only listings of any kind
  • Selling pages (e.g., Gumroad, BigCommerce, PayHip, Jinxxy, Shopify, Guns.lol, BigCartel, etc.)
  • Embeds of content (link only from allowed sources)
  • Social media profiles (e.g., Twitter/X, Bluesky, Mastodon, etc.)
  • Private communities (e.g., Discord servers, Slack, VRChat Groups, Xbox/FFXIV/GTA/PlayStation groups)
  • Links soliciting services, tips, fees, or payments (e.g., commission sites, Patreon, GoFundMe, Linktree, Ko-fi)
  • NSFW sites of any kind
  • Torrent or piracy sites
  • Reddit, Pinterest, Tumblr

❓ Exceptions via Ticket​

  • Public VRChat Model: SFW only, TOS-compliant, & not a paid/marketplace link.
  • Public VRChat World: SFW only and TOS-compliant.

Request exceptions by opening a ticket in our Discord.
Exceptions are case-by-case and may be revoked.

This list may change. If your post violates these terms, we’ll notify you and remove it.

Moderation & Enforcement​

  • ⚠️ Timeout – First Offense:
    For general rule violations not subject to instant ban. Serves as a formal warning and cool-down period.

  • ⚠️ Ban – Second Offense:
    Repeating violations after a timeout may result in a ban. Bans are at Nox Vitae leadership’s discretion.

  • ⛔ Instant Ban Includes:

    • Minors (under 18) attempting to access the community, services, or website(s)
    • Posting NSFW imagery or links
    • Malicious hate speech or targeted harassment
    • Major Discord TOS violations (e.g., spam, raids, scams)

Reporting Safety Concerns​

If you believe someone is at risk or a serious violation has occurred in VRChat, Discord, or real life, please report it to the relevant platform and, where appropriate, local law enforcement, before contacting us.

This is especially critical if you believe a minor is involved.

After you’ve submitted reports to the appropriate parties, you may notify Nox Vitae so we can take independent action within our community.
We may remove access for users we reasonably believe pose a safety risk, and we may share relevant evidence (including reporter details) with the appropriate authorities or platforms if necessary.

Ban Appeals​

  • ✔ You may appeal by opening a ticket in our Discord or Email us

  • ✔ Include the banned account name and the platform/service (Discord, VRChat, or Nox Vitae services).

  • ✖ Appeals on behalf of someone else are not accepted.

  • ✔ Appeals are reviewed by leadership only. Decisions are final unless re-opened by internal admin consensus.

  • ✔ If a member violates a collaborator’s rules, we will review the concern seriously, but final enforcement remains with Nox Vitae leadership.

  • ✔ Nox Vitae may decline any partnership, collaboration, or participation for violations of our values or Terms of Service.
